SPA Recovery Services (Private) Limited is a debt recovery firm established in September 2004.

The firms' legal consultant is Sudath Perera Associates, a legal firm which has established itself as a forerunner in the legal services field in Sri-Lanka and has wide experience in handling recovery matters for local and international clients

SPA Recovery Services (Private) Limited (SPAREC) was first formed to meet the requests of many clients of Sudath Perera Associates, who were looking for a one-stop shop to handle their debt collection issues. However, SPAR today has established a reputation of it own and handles the collection of debt for clients outside the existing client portfolio of Sudath Perera Associates

The Operational Team is headed by the Managing Director, with the collection staff being headed by a Manager - Collections, who joined SPA Recovery Services (Private) Limited in September 2004, with 10 years experience in collections and recovery in a leading financial services institution in Colombo

Further, we are equipped with a team of on field collection staff, as well as the necessary back office staff for back office and documentation support

Priority is placed on building a cohesive, well-trained team, and the company will continue to enhance its workforce with committed staff with the growth in its client base.

A core requirement in our staffing policy has also been intense screening of prospective staff for honesty and integrity since we believe that these are critical in the business of debt recovery.
